The Quality Postgraduate Studies Educational in the Colleges of Education at Jordanian Government Universities and Suggestions for Developing Them

This study aimed at investigating the quality of the educational programs of postgraduate studies in the colleges of education in the Jordanian universities and the suggestions for developing them from the perspective of the faculty staff. Descriptive and analytical method was used. The sample consisted of (184) university professors. The study showed that the degree for all dimensions programs quality were moderate. Moreover, the study plans and courses are in need for development. The study results also suggested the necessity to raise the level of sustainable professional development for faculty staff, some recommendations were suggestioned in light of the main findings.
