The Effect of Learning Rythmic Exercise On Controlling The Steps and Learning Hurrdle Races Amony Female Student In The Faculty Of Physical Education At The University Of Jordan

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of learning the rhythmic movements exercises using counting, lamping, whistling and phosphoric marks on controlling the inter-hurdle steps and overcoming the hurdles for the female students at the faculty of P.E.
The sample consisted of 16 female students and were divided into two equivalent groups experimental and control (8 students each).
The results showed that the learning program has a positive impact on controlling the inter hurdle steps and overcoming the hurdles as well as the traditional program applied at the faculty, in addition the learning program has a positive impact on time performance, the results showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in both controlling the inter-hurdle steps and overcoming the hurdles and time performance.
It was recommended to use the proposed learning program to control the inter hurdle steps and overcoming the hurdles and enhancing the time performance.
