The Impact of the Elements of the Strategic Alliance in Achieving Strategic Success An Empirical Study in the Jordanian Commercial Banks

Abstract


The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of the elements of the strategic alliance on strategic success in the Jordanian commercial banks.The elements of strategic alliance : the institutional framework, transaction costs, the advantage of resources, and the previous alliance experiences represent the independent variable of the study, while the strategic success represent the dependent variable which consist of six factors specific strategy, effective implementation, motivational culture, organic structure, transformational leadership, and continuous innovations. The study community was the Jordanian commercial banks. The sample unit was (96) manager working in these banks. To achieve the objectives of the study the researcher use the appropriate statistical tools. The study found that there is a statistically significant impact of the elements of the strategic alliance on the strategic success of the commercial banks in Jordan. In light of the findings the researchers presented a set of recommendations.
