(286) questionnaires were distributed and (241) were returned with a response rate of (84.26%).The study found that there is a positive relationship between the requirements of implementing KM ( organizational culture, organizational structure, leadership, information technology ) and implementing KM in the Palestinian Universities. Information technology took the first rank followed by leadership, organizational structure, and organizational culture.
