The Impact of Team work Empowerment in Achieving Organizational Excellence at Taif University: An applied Study

Abstract


The study aimed to identify the level of team work empowerment at Taif University and itsimpact in achieving organizational excellence through an applied study of the visions of team work members at the university،who are (19)teams. The study used the descriptive research methodology in which a statically questionnaire was designed to collect data about study variables. This questionnaire was distributed among all team work members. (110) out of (120) employees responded to this questionnaire who represent all team work members at the university. The data were analyzed after collecting them using the suitablestatically methods. One of the most important results which was found by this study is that there was a high level of team work empowerment and organizational excellence according respondents'estimation. The study also showed that there was a positive impact of team work empowerment in reinforcing organizational excellence dimensions . According to these results، the study introduced a number of recommendations which aimed to reinforce team work method and organizational excellence at the university.
