Promotional Gifts and Graduation of its Provisions in accordance with the Purposes of the Jurisprudence of Islamic Law

Abstract


Because gifts and awards play an important role in stimulating markets and increase demand for shops, so that the intense competition between traders and producers led them to devise ways and means of many in order to promote their products and their goods, and has become the issue of marketing as important as the issue of production and manufacturing.
Whereas some pictures of innovative promotional gift shop look as suspicion or questioned. This study found to present images of modern business promotional gifts and graduation of its provisions in accordance with the purposes of the jurisprudence of Islamic law and rules of the public.
