Overall Quality in Musical Education Teacher Preparation and Developing him Professionally

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to provide a suggested imagination to the overall quality of musical education teacher preparation and developing him professionally. This study relied on the descriptive and analytical research method. The researcher surveyed the belles-letters and previous studies (Arabic and Foreign) related to the topic of the study to find out the latest directions and systems in preparing the musical education teacher and developing him professionally.
The questions of the study were:
1. What is the overall quality system in musical education teacher preparation and developing him professionally? And what are its main hubs?
2. What are the main suggestions for the development of musical education teacher preparation system and developing him professionally in line with the overall quality system?
The study concluded many important recommendations like:
1. The need to reconsider in musical education teacher preparation program in line with the overall quality system to keep pace with rapid advances in technology and science.
2. Employing overall quality assurance standards in the components and elements of the musical education teacher preparation system as a new approach to help in the development of these systems.
