DEVELOPING AN ADMINISTRATIVE EDUCATIONAL STRATEGY FOR GOVERNANCE IN JORDANIAN PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES

Abstract


This study aimed to develop an administrative educational strategy for governance in public Jordanian universities. The sample consisted of (400) faculty members. To collect the data, a 52-questionnaire was used. The results indicated that the current status of the application of governance in Jordanian public universities was moderate. Furthermore, the results showed that there is a statistically significant difference in the degree of application of governance in the Jordanian public universities attributed to both: professional position and sex, but there were no statistically significant differences attributed to years of experience. In light of these results, the researchers have been built an educational administrative strategy for governance in public Jordanian universities, and they ascertain the degree of its suitability.
