Developing an Educational Management Frame of Reference for Reciprocal Productive Relationship between School Management and Students at the Secondary Level Based on the Pillars of Quality Management in the Directorates of Education in Zarqa Governorate

Abstract


This study aimed at developing frame of reference for Reciprocal Productive Relationship between School Management and Students at the Secondary Level Based on the Pillars of Quality Management, The study sample consisted of (95) principals, and (758) teachers, and (2059 ) students from managers, teachers and students of secondary schools in Zarqa governorate educational directorates. The results showed the following:
- That the degree of practice of the frame of reference for Reciprocal Productive Relationship between School Management and Students is weake in: (create an appropriate environment for learning both inside and outside the school, The reciprocal participatory relationship between the learning process parties, The continuous improvement and development, and the involvement of parents and stakeholders, considered students at center of educational process and as partner of school management), medium in three areas: (setting educational policies, valuable of the humanities and social for students and teachers, and the education outcomes quality), the degree of the frame of reference educational management practice as a whole is largely weak.
- The results of a desirable situation for the application of the educational management frame of reference came highly for all areas of study.
- Develop a frame of reference for Reciprocal Productive Relationship between School Management and Students at the Secondary Level Based on the Pillars of Quality Management, now ready for application accordingly after adjustments according to arbitration members
