Results of the study also shows that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of ( ≤ 0.05) due to the gender and years of experience. and that there were statistically significant differences at the level ( ≤ 0.05) between the average performance of both the graduate students and newly appointed teachers. However, the study reveals that there was no positive and statistically significant correlation between the graduate students’ cumulative average and the total score on the whole survey.
