Abstract

The aim of this study was to focus on the concept of Total Quality Management in the Faculty of Physical Education at the Universities of Jordan, which plays an important and essential role in the development and improvement of the level of education among these faculties. A comprehensive analysis of the elements of these faculties and their integrated availability has been done in order to elevate the outputs. The research included the sports facilities, laboratories, number of faculty members their levels and curricula, and through the analysis of these determinants, the researcher concluded that there are significant weaknesses in them except for the Faculty of Physical Education in the University of Jordan, which was characterized by all other colleges to provide scientific staff, sports facilities with international standards to some extent and the physiological and motor laboratories which also needs to develop and modernize.
Furthermore, the methods used are still traditional and non-follow-up of what is modern in the world. The researcher recommended the closure of the colleges of Physical Education in the following universities in Jordan: Yarmouk, Muta and Hashmite universities and attach them to the Faculty of Physical Education in the University of Jordan. Moreover, it is necessary to open up the Faculties of Physical Education regionally and globally for the exchange of knowledge and experience.
