The Effect of Jordanian Social Security Corporation Services on the Level of Satisfaction on Performance at the Corporation in Amman / Jordan

Abstract


This study aimed at identifying the impact of the services provided by the Public Institution for Jordanian Social Security at the level of satisfaction on the performance of the institution in the city of Amman. To achieve this goal a random sample has been selected of beneficiaries of social security services in the city of Amman by (120) individual. Questionnaire was used to collect the data of the study. The study found that the level of services provided by the Public Institution for Social Security was high, in addition to the degree of satisfaction with the performance in the organization was high also. The results also showed a statistically significant effect of the services provided by the institution on the level of satisfaction with the performance of the institution. The study recommended the institution should be invited to adopt annual periodic studies involving workers and service recipients to solicit opinions and measure trends towards services, characteristics, quality and development levels of satisfaction
