The Satisfaction Role in Improving the Performance of Employees

This study aimed to shed light on the role of job satisfaction in improving the performance of employees in an organization salt refining in region of ELoutaya in Biskra in eastern Algeria, and to identify the best means to improve the level of job satisfaction have. The questionnaire was a data collection tool, which consisted of six parts, and distributed to a sample of 50 individuals. The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction and performance of employees. The study showed also that the level of job satisfaction and performance of employees was medium, and remuneration, motivations and promotion weren't rewarding, and labor relations were good, while its conditions were bad, and workers are characterized by a high capacity to achieve the goals, but their exploitation of resources to achieve these goals was bad.
