The Impact of Job Engagement upon The Organizational Trust in Governmental Department in Three Southern Districts of Jordan (Karak, Tafela, Ma'an)

Abstract


This study aimed to identify the impact of job engagement upon the organizational trust of the employees in governmental department in three southern districts of Jordan (Karak, Tafela, Ma'an). to achieve the objectives this study, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to sample consisted of (553) subjects. the study has reached the following results: there is an impact of job engagement upon the organizational trust in governmental department in three southern districts of Jordan (Karak, Tafela, Ma'an) which explains (62.3%) of variation in the dependent variable (the dimensions of services quality in JTC).
The study recommended that governmental department of Jordan need to take the role in interest in the dimensions of the job engagement and promotion because of their impact on performance, increase staff satisfaction and improve the effectiveness of the organizational trust.
