The Impact of Organization Climate on Employees Innovative Behavior “The Case of Orange Telecommunication Company in Irbid City”

This study aims at evaluating the current organizational climate and the innovative behavior of the Orange Telecommunications Company in Irbid city from the viewpoint of its personnel, knowing the impact of organizational climate on the innovative behavior and, finding out the differences that carry statistical implications at the level (α = 0.05) in the innovative behavior of the personnel inscribed to personal and work variables (i. e. , sex, age, experience, educational levels, and martial status). Also the study tries to explore the most important elements that influence the innovative behavior.
A questionnaire of thirty two questions is designed and administered among 44 personnel to evaluate the organizational climate and the innovative behavior for the company.
The results reveal that there is statistically positive influences (α = 0.05 or less) for controlling, communication, and motives on innovative behavior. While these influence didn’t appear for the organizational structure variable.
the results also show a statistical significant differences at (α = 0.05 or less) in innovative behavior due to (age, educational levels and martial status) variables, while these significant differences does not appear for (sex and experience) variables.
This study recommends reviewing the organizational climate continuously and finding organizational unit in the organization structure adopting creative employees and the innovational behavior.
