The Effect of Sense of Job Responsibility on Job Performance through Perceived control as a mediator "A Field Study on Zagazyg University Hospitals"

This study aimed to explore the Impact of sense of Job responsibility on two types of Job performance, that are: Task performance and Contextual performance. And aimed to determine whether the variable of perceived control mediates this relationship or not. By relaying on a field study carried out on a sample of (570) subject of Nurses who are working in Zagazyg university Hospitals, the study concluded that Sense of responsibility for the job had an effect on types of Job performance, and asserted that variable of perceived control had mediated the relationship between sense of responsibility for the Job and two types of Job performance.
