The Impact of Percieved Dependability of E-Business Systems on Users’ Satisfaction

Abstract


This study aims to evaluate the impact of percieved dependability of e-business systems on users’ satisfaction. In order to achieve this objective, a specific questionnaire was developed to collect the relevant data. The qusrtionnaire was distributed to a purposive sample of (200) employees who are working at the Headquarters of the telecommunications companies in Amman City. The results revealed that percieved ease of use, system quality, and information quality have significant statistical impact on users’ satisfaction. But, percieved usefulness, reliability, and assurance have no obvious impact on users’ satisfaction. Based on the results, the research provides a set of academic and practical recommendations.
